Source text - English With the exception of the range of low hills around Oudenaarde and the sea dunes along the coast, Flanders is unrelentingly flat, a somewhat monotonous landscape at its best in its quieter recesses, where poplar trees and whitewashed farmhouses still decorate sluggish canals. More remarkably, there are many reminders of Flanders’ medieval greatness, beginning with the ancient and fascinating cloth cities of Bruges andGhent, both of which hold marvellous collections of early Flemish art. Less familiar are a clutch of intriguing smaller towns, most memorably Oudenaarde, which has a delightful town hall and is famed for its tapestries; Kortrijk, with its classic small-town charms and fine old church; and Veurne, whose main square is framed by a beguiling medley of fine old buildings. There is also, of course, the legacy of World War I. By 1915, the trenches extended from the North Sea coast to Switzerland, cutting across West Flanders via Diksmuide and Ieper, and many of the key engagements of the war were fought here. Every year hundreds of visitors head for Ieper (formerly Ypres) to see the numerous cemeteries and monuments around the town – sad reminders of what proved to be a desperately pointless conflict. Not far from the battlefields, the Belgian coast is beach territory, an almost continuous stretch of golden sand that is filled by thousands of tourists every summer. An excellent tram service connects all the major resorts, and although a lot of the development has been crass, cosy De Haan has kept much of its late nineteenth-century charm. The largest town on the coast is Ostend, a lively, working seaport and resort crammed with popular bars and restaurants

Non loin des champs de bataille, la côte belge, avec ses plages interminables, étendues de sable fin prises d'assaut par des milliers de touristes quand vient l'été. Un excellent réseau de tramway dessert tous les principaux sites touristiques et en dépit d'un développement rustre, De Haan ,l'accueillante, a conservé beaucoup de son charme de la fin du dix-neuvième siècle. Ostende est la plus grande ville de la côte, port maritime vivant et encore en activité, c'est aussi un haut-lieu touristique aux innombrables bars et restaurants.

Concurrently, Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the bank's existing global scale ratings, namely Ba3/NP long- and short-term foreign currency deposit ratings, and the bank's E+ financial strength rating.
All Bank A's global scale ratings carry stable outlooks.
Moscow-based Moody's Interfax is majority-owned by Moody's, a leading global rating agency.
According to Moody's and Moody's Interfax, the Ba3/NP global scale ratings reflect the bank's global default and loss expectation, while the Aa3.ru national scale rating reflects the standing of the bank's credit quality relative to its domestic peers.
The bank's Ba3 foreign currency deposit rating reflects: (i) the recent upgrade of the controlling shareholder UUU from Baa4 to Baa3; (ii) the fact that although UUU is heavily indebted, any possible recapitalisation of the bank would be immaterial in comparison to its EBITDA; (iii) the importance of Bank A as the main settlement bank of the group of companies related to UUU and the fact that most of the company's employees are serviced by the bank.
Bank A's comparatively small size, modest capitalisation, dependence on a limited number of key customers on both sides of the balance sheet and weak bottom line profitability are among the major reasons for maintaining the financial strength rating (FSR) at E+.

Pre-Installation Preparation
Check for Above Ceiling Clearance of 5-1/2”. {0}(Figure 1.)
Make 13-1/8” x 7-3/4” Cutout in Ceiling.
Electrical Connection
Turn OFF Electrical Service.
All appropriate electrical “rough” wiring should be completed.
Connect wiring inside J-Box (Figure 2.) to Existing Electrical Service through Knockouts provided.
Single circuit cable only and/or single fixture with next fixture jumper.
Wire single fixture or wire through with second cable (to next fixture) in J-Box.

Remove factory installed Wiring Access Doors on Fixture by pulling back on the Finger Slot until Ball Catches disengage.

Retain Access Doors for re-installation.
Fold four (4) Rotational Clamp Brackets tight against Fixture (Figure 4.) making sure Brackets are in upper most (highest) threaded position to accommodate largest ceiling thickness.
Carefully angle wired Fixture into Ceiling Cutout, J-box first (Figure 1.), avoiding all insulation and combustable surfaces by 3” all around.
Holding Fixture firm to ceiling surface, drive clockwise the four (4) #8 x 3” Set Screws (Figure 6.) located on the underside of Perforated Mudding Frame (Figure 6.) to rotate and lock the Rotational Clamp Brackets to the ceiling.
DO NOT overtighten the Screws or Rotational Clamp Brackets.
(Overtightening may crack ceiling material.).
Reach inside and through Fixture Wiring Access Opening and locate Lamp Socket, Flex Cable, J-Box/Transformer Assembly.
Pull Lamp Socket and Lamp Wiring into inside of Fixture.
(Figure 2.).
Secure Wiring to Access Door with Strain Relief.
(Figure 2.).
Re-install Wiring Access Door by pressing Access Door to Fixture until Ball Catches on Access Doors engage.
(Figure 3.).
Carefully tuck Lamp Socket Wiring out of way inside Fixture until needed for future trim installation.
Optional:
Install additional drywall/zip screws into Perforated Mudding Frame to guarantee flatness before Mudd-In.
Tape and Mudd Perforated Mudding Frame until sufficiently smooth.

INSTALLATION
Préparation avant l'installation
Vérifier qu'il y a bien un espace de 5,5 pouces (environ 12,4 cm) au-dessus du plafond. {0}(Figure 1.)
Découper le plafond dans les dimensions suivantes : 13,125 pouces (environ 33,33 cm) x 7,75 pouces (environ 19,7 cm).
Branchements électriques
Couper le courant.
L'ensemble du câblage électrique "préliminaire" doit être achevé.
Relier le câblage du boîtier de raccordement (Figure 2.) au réseau électrique existant par les déboucheurs fournies.
Câble à circuit simple uniquement et/ou pièce unique avec bretelle sur la pièce suivante.
Câbler la pièce unique ou procéder au câblage à l'aide du second câble (jusqu'à la pièce suivante) à l'intérieur du boîtier de raccordement.

Retirer les trappes d'accès au câblage de la pièce en tirant sur la fente jusqu'à ce que les fermoirs se débloquent.
(Figure3.)
Conserver les trappes d'accès pour les réinstaller.
Replier les 4 (quatre) colliers supports rotatifs contre la pièce (Figure 4.) en s'assurant que les supports sont dans la position la plus haute (filetages en position) pour s'adapter aux plafonds les plus épais.
Incliner la pièce équipé des câbles avec précaution pour la faire passer à l'intérieur du trou dans le plafond, boîtier de raccordement en premier (Figure 1.), en veillant à conserver un espace de 3 pouces (environ 7,6 cm) par rapport à toute surface d'isolation ou surface inflammable.
Maintenir fermement la pièce contre la surface du plafond, serrer dans le sens horaire les 4 (quatre) vis de serrage #8 x 3 pouces (Figure 6.) qui se trouvent en-dessous du cadre d'enduit de jointoiement perforé (Figure 6.) pour faire tourner et fixer les colliers supports rotatifs au plafond.
NE PAS trop serrer les vis ou les colliers supports rotatifs.
(Un couple de serrage trop élevé peut fissurer le matériau du plafond.).
Accéder à l'intérieur de l'orifice d'accès au câblage de la pièce et localiser la douille de lampe, le câble flexible et l'ensemble Boîtier de raccordement / transformateur.
Insérer la douille et le câblage de la lampe dans la pièce.
(Figure 2.).
Fixer le câblage à la trappe d'accès à l'aide du serre-câble.
(Figure 2.).
Remettre la trappe d'accès au câblage en enfonçant la trappe d'accès sur la pièce jusqu'à ce que les fermoirs de la trappe d'accès s'enclenchent.
(Figure 3.).
Sortir le câblage de la douille de lampe avec précaution à l'intérieur de la pièce, jusqu'à ce vous en ayez besoin lors de l'installation future d'une garniture.
En option :
Installer les vis autoforeuses dans le cadre de jointement perforé afin de garantir la planéité avant le jointement.
Mettre du joint et du ruban adhésif sur le cadre de jointement perforé jusqu'à ce qu'il soit suffisamment lisse.

[ x ] ABC may also use the Advertisement for billboard displays, banners, airport dioramas, and similar large-scale indoor and/or outdoor media displays where this box is checked; otherwise, ABC will not use the Advertisement for such purposes without the prior written consent of CBA.
ABC may change the appearance of the Advertisement in its sole discretion without the prior consent of CBA; provided, however, that (i) the English text (or foreign language translation) as it appears in the attached Advertisement shall not change without CBA’s prior consent, except that the headline may change based on local requirements; and (ii) any change to the background or other appearance of the Advertisement shall remain generally favorable to CBA.
