LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS ENGINE LEASE AGREEMENT (the "Lease Agreement") is entered into as of (Date) by and between XXX having its principal place of business located at ... ("XXX"), and YYY having its principal place of business located at ... ("LESSEE"). In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein, XXX and LESSEE agree as follows.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. AGREEMENT TO LEASE. Upon receipt of LESSEE'S request and XXX's concurrence XXX will make available for lease by LESSEE at locations as may be mutually agreed (each location hereinafter referred to sometimes as the "Delivery Point"), from time to time during the Lease Term hereof, aircraft engines units of the type or types and in the maximum quantity per type set forth below, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement and that certain Engine Lease General Terms Agreement between the parties hereto (hereinafter the "Engine(s)").
II. USE. LESSEE may use an Engine leased hereunder only on commercial or corporate transport aircraft having been previously approved by XXX in writting.
III. TERM OF LEASE AGREEMENT. The Lease Term of this Lease Agreement will commence as of the date first written above and will expire on ..., 20... In the event the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement exceeds the GTA Term for any reason, the obligations, expenses or charges accrued to the parties under this Lease Agreement and the GTA will remain in full force and effect.
IV. TYPE(S) OF ENGINE(S).

LESSEE understands that the 000 "Minimum Hours/Cycles per month" is charged monthly regardless if the Engine is operational or idle during the month. If the actual cycles or hours in the month exceed the minimum of 000, then the greater of the actual cycles or hours is charged.
LESSEE will pay XXX a security deposit of ... US ("Security Deposit"), to be paid to XXX concurrently with the execution of this Lease Agreement. Upon the termination or expiration of this Lease Agreement and providing that LESSEE is not otherwise in default, XXX shall return to LESSEE any Security Deposit remaining after deduction of the cost of any unsatisfied obligations and any loss or expenses associated with the failure of the Engine to meet the agreed Redelivery Conditions.
In the event that due to default on the part of LESSEE, XXX deducts any part of the Security Deposit prior to the termination or expiration as per the provisions of this Lease Agreement, LESSEE shall immediately replace such funds so that the Security Deposit shall remain equal to the sum of ... US. In the event of total loss of the Engine prior to the Delivery Date and providing that LESSEE is not otherwise in default, XXX will return the Security Deposit to LESSEE.

III. СРОК ДЕЙСТВИЯ ДОГОВОРА АРЕНДЫ. Срок действия настоящего Договора аренды исчисляется с даты, указанной выше, и истекает ... 20... года. Если срок действия настоящего Договора аренды превышает срок действия СОУ, то все возникшие у сторон обязательства, расходы или суммы, подлежащие оплате по Договору аренды и СОУ, сохраняют полную юридическую силу.

Арендатор выплачивает компании XXX обеспечительный взнос в размере ... долларов США («Обеспечительный взнос») одновременно с выполнением обязательств по настоящему Договору аренды. В случае расторжения Договора или истечения срока его действия и в случае выполнения Арендатором всех принятых на себя обязательств XXX возвращает Арендатору сумму Обеспечительного взноса за вычетом стоимости его невыполненных обязательств или стоимости убытков или расходов, связанных с несоответствием технического состояния Двигателя согласованным Условиям возврата.
Если из-за неисполнения Арендатором обязательств по договору XXX вычитает из Обеспечительного взноса какую-либо сумму до расторжения Договора или истечения срока его действия, Арендатор должен немедленно восполнить вычтенную сумму, чтобы общая сумма Обеспечительного взноса всегда оставалась равной ... долларов США. Source text - English Below are some tips and tricks about earthing methods, materials to be used, lay-out, etc. These are not meant as a complete guide for building your own tube amplifier! Keep in mind that voltages up from 60V DC can be lethal!
Chassis lay out:
· Before determining the lay out of the chassis, collect each component to be sure about its measures. This saves unneccesary work if component size seems to be different in the rear.
· Locate the power supply transformer as far as possible from the most sensitive input, try by turning to determine the least effective magnetic field.
· Place supply chokes always 90 degrees with respect to the supply transformer.
· Try to establish the ideal lay-out by following the electrical schematic literally, this to create as short as possible connections between each component.
· Keep AC apart from DC if possible.
· Keep AC wiring far from signal wiring, if crossing is inavoidable, keep the angle at 90 degrees.
· Place AC wiring tight to the chassis.
· AC wiring is made out of three separate wires, 2 for zero and 1 for phase. These are braided together.
· When distributing the filament voltage, never wire the tubesockets in series. Use a terminal from which each tubesocket gets its own wiring.
Chassis material:
· Non ferro materials have the preference here. Not only easier to work with, but also non sensitive for magnetism.... Stanless steel is an option too, only harder to work with. Copper is an excellent choice, aluminum cheaper. If power- and output transformers are placed on the chassis, go for a minimum of 3 mm thickness depending on surface size.
· It is practical to bend the upperplate at a 90 degrees angle, creating the backside for easy mounting of RCA receptacles, binding posts and power inlet. The angle can be used to place the transformers on/nearby. The rest of the chassis can be made out of wood.

Схема корпуса:
· Перед тем, как окончательно определиться со схемой корпуса, соберите все компоненты, чтобы быть уверенными в их размерах. Это избавит Вас от ненужной работы переделывать корпус, если размеры некоторых компонентов не впишутся в корпус.
· Поместите питающий трансформатор как можно дальше от самого чувствительного компонента и включением проверьте наличие минимального магнитного поля.
· Всегда помещайте дроссель источника питания под углом 90 градусов относительно питающего трансформатора.
· Следуя описанию электрической схемы собирайте ее, так чтобы создать наиболее короткие соединения между компонентами.
· По возможности размещайте отдельно друг от друга переменный и постоянный ток.
· Держите электропроводку переменного тока подальше от сигнальной шины. Если невозможно избежать перекрещивания, то делайте это под углом в 90 градусов.
· Плотно прикрепляйте электропроводку переменного тока к корпусу.
· Электропроводка переменного тока состоит из трех отдельных проводов, 2 для нуля и 1 для фазы. Все три провода переплетены вместе.
· При подаче напряжения накала никогда не соединяйте ламповые панели последовательно. Используйте вывод отдельно к каждой ламповой панели.
Материалы для корпуса:
· Отдавайте преимущество материалам, не содержащим железа. С ними не только проще работать, но они также не чувствительны к магнетизму… Нержавеющая сталь подойдет как вариант, только с ней труднее работать. Медь – отличный выбор, алюминий дешевле. Если силовой и выходной трансформаторы крепятся на один корпус, берите толщину не менее 3 мм, в зависимости от площади поверхности.
· Очень удобно согнуть верхнюю панель по углом 90 градусов, создав таким образом заднюю часть для быстрого крепления разъема RCA, клемм и ввода тока. Такой уголок может быть использован для крепления на нем трансформаторов. Остальная часть корпуса может быть деревянной.

It is one of the three Russian biggest ceramic tiles manufacturers holding about 10% market share. Nowadays our company offers more than 200 types of ceramic tiles in various classes and more than 10 designs of sanitaryware under trade marks “***”, “**” and “*”.
The company was founded in 1959 and has been developing and growing ever since. In the present time the company is increasing its market power and production capacities from year to year, as well as strengthens its customers’ trust and company status. In 1999 the owner of the company has decided to completely renovate the production capacities according to the modernization program developed by experts from “$” company. To this effect in the period from 2000 to 2007 the company made considerable investment in tile and sanitaryware factories modernization having bought cutting-edge technology equipment from such European companies as “$” and “$$ (there were installed 4 lines for wall tiles, 2 lines for floor tiles, 1 line for border tiles and decoration manufacturing, as well as high pressure casting machine for sanitaryware). By the beginning of the year 2008 the company’s annual production capacity has grown up to 12 million sq. m. of ceramic tiles and 500 thousand pieces of sanitaryware. In 2009 the modernization of the plant will be completed by installation of one more line for wall tiles manufacturing with the annual capacity of 2.5 million sq. m. and one more line for border tiles and decoration manufacturing.
In 2005 *** has changed to a new distribution system. The company has created its own network of trade agencies throughout Russia. The sales through this network have amounted up to 42%. One can find our products in most regions of Russia, as well as in some NIS countries – Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc. Good relationships are being built with DIY-format retailers (Castorama, Leroy Merlin, Bau Center etc.). Efficient logistics and competitive products help to constantly increase sales through retailers.
Russian market of building and decoration materials shows a continuous growth, especially in high-tech products sector. The *** has always aimed at developing and producing the building and decoration materials that meet the market needs in personal style and aesthetics solutions. That is why a new project of increasing the production capacities is an appropriate step in strategic corporate development plan and for attracting new customers. The company’s aim is to become a market leader with a 25% market share, including the stoneware sector. Company’s basic processes will be further developed and diversified in order to increase the company market power. By 2010 the company plans to build manufacturing facilities with modern infrastructure in compliance with international standards including storage facilities, access railroad and waste treatment facilities. The company has all necessary resources and conveniences to realize this plan: in cooperation with “$” company we have developed a project for building the stoneware plant with annual production capacity of 10 million sq. m., found a land plot, reconstructed the factory, prepared the site for equipment placement, supplied the access railroad from “T” terminal station and motor road and supplied necessary generating capacities. The stoneware plant building should start in the fall of 2008. New production capacities are designed to manufacture genuine premium class stoneware as well as standard (conventional) stoneware. A special trademark will be developed for these products.
The *** is equally spaced from raw materials bases and is geographically located in a region that has good infrastructure and is situated close to other densely populated regions. This helps our company to increase the production volume several times using present plant facilities and resource base.

Après Cabasse avec l'" Atlantis ", J.-M. Lab avec la "Grande Utopia ", J.-M. Reynaud avec la " Grand Opera " , Apertura avec son Atlante, voici Confluence avec sa "Chimère" qui se jette à son tour dans la quête de perfection sonore sans se soucier du prix de revient. Présentée pour la première fois en janvier au CES de Las Vegas où elle fit sensation, cette coûteuse enceinte se veut à la fois élégante et logeable: elle pèse 125 kg mais se présente sous la forme d'une étroite colonne (face avant de 260 mm de large), guère plus haute (1 250 mm) que beaucoup de modèles techniquement plus modestes. Christian Gerhard, son créateur, l'a construite autour du fameux Phy-hp, une " large bande " de 21 cm avec membrane très légère en papier. A lui seul ce haut-parleur couvre l'essentiel du spectre musical (150 Hz à 6 000 Hz). Pour conserver ses qualités exceptionnelles de timbres et de vie, il a été monté dans un coffret séparé ouvert sur l'arrière. Dans le grave il est relayé par un " boomer" Focal de 34 cm avec membrane en " PolyKevlar " et dans l'aigu par un " tweeter " piezzo Audax. Tous les éléments du filtre sont rassemblés dans un boîtier en bois reposant sur des pointes.
Avec une sensibilité moyenne de 95 dB/W/m, la " Chimère " devrait faire bon ménage avec les amplificateurs à tubes de faible puissance dont la vogue ne faiblit pas. Nous sommes curieux d'écouter cette enceinte prometteuse. Compléter harmonieusement le " Phy-hp " par un tweeter et un boomer était une chimère. Confluence semble être parvenu à la métamorphoser en réalité...

Со средней чувствительностью в 95 дБ/Вт/м "Chimere" должна хорошо сочетаться с ламповыми усилителями небольшой мощности. Мы ждем - не дождемся, чтобы услышать эту многообещающую колонку. Гармонично дополнить громкоговоритель PHY верхнечастотным и низкочастотными громкоговорителями казалось химерой. Похоже, что Confluence удалось воплотить эту метаморфозу в реальность…
