When I book, how can I receive my reservation confirmation?
Internet reservation system will automatically send you a confirmation letter by Email which you can then print and bring with you.
While your surname and passport are sufficient, you might be asked for your confirmation letter or reference reservation number when you chick in.
Note: there is no need for the Grand Hotel Plaza to reconfirm your internet reservation made via our safe reservation system where confirmation is sent automatically.
However, the hotel might contact you in the event you made any special requests in the "comments box" while booking.
What credit cards are accepted by the reservation system?
We accept Visa cards, American Express, Master Card, Diners, JCB as well as the Italian debit cards "CartaSi" and the British "Switch".

Source text - Arabic Insurance
The Renter hereby agrees that he shall fully indemnify the Owner for any and all loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Agreement whether caused by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other cause, except that which shall be determined to be caused by a fault or defect of the vehicle or equipment.
Rental Rate
The Renter hereby agrees to pay the Owner at the rate of $___(19)___ per ____(20)____ for the use of said vehicle. All fuel used shall be paid for by the Renter.
Deposit
The Renter further agrees to make a deposit of $____(21)____ with the Owner, said deposit to be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or replacement. In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited toward payment of the rental fee and any excess shall be returned to the Renter.
Return of Vehicle to Owner
The Renter hereby agrees to return said vehicle to the Owner at _________(22)__________ no later than ________(23)____________.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto hereby execute this Agreement on the date first above written.

يوافق المستأجر على تعويض المالك تعويضاً كاملاً وشاملاً في حالة ضياع السيارة أو أي ضرر يحصل بها أو بتجهيزاتها خلال مدة هذا الاتفاق ، سواء نتج ذلك عن تصادم أو حريق أو فيضان أو تخريب أو سرقة أو أي سبب آخر ، إلا ما يثبت أنه ناتج عن خلل أو عيب في السيارة.
قيمة الإيجار:
يوافق المستأجر على دفع مبلغ ----- دولار مقابل ----- نظير استعمال السيارة المذكورة. و يسدد المستأجر ثمن كل الوقود المستعمل.
الرصيد:
يوافق المستأجر أيضاً على إيداع رصيد قدره ------ دولار لدى المالك. يستعمل هذا الرصيد في حالة تعرض السيارة أو تجهيزاتها للضياع أو الضرر خلال مدة الاتفاق ، للسداد الكامل أو الجزئي لتكاليف الصيانة اللازمة أو الاستبدال. وإذا لم يحصل ضرر للسيارة يستعمل الرصيد لسداد قيمة الإيجار ويرجع أي مبلغ متبقي إلى المستأجر.
إرجاع السيارة للمالك:
يوافق المستأجر على إعادة السيارة المذكورة إلى المالك في موقع مكتب التأجير في أجل لا يتعدى -------.
و إثباتاً لما سلف يتعهد الطرفان بتنفيذ الاتفاق في التاريخ المذكور أعلاه .
