Avec 30 ans d'électronique, j'ai visité quelques termes, c'est indigne et inutilisable.

Anglais : Reticle Français : Réticule
Un photomasque utilisé dans un stepper.

Anglais : Radiation hardened circuit Français : Circuit durci par rayonnement
Circuit intégré qui fabriqué avec des dispositifs et les techniques spéciales d'isolement tels qu'une fois exposé au rayonnement lourd il demeure opérationnel. Les circuits conventionnels court-circuiteront dans de telles conditions parce que le rayonnement produisent des courants électriques à l'intérieur du matériau semi-conducteur.

My French is very basic and rough - I was looking for a rough explanation of some terms, just to get an idea of what they meant, and found it here, so I thought it could be useful.
Some terms could be OK, some other are obviously not, given what Richard points out.
Maybe there's a way to remove the glossary...?
