Przychody ze sprzedaży obejmują niewątpliwie należne lub uzyskane kwoty netto ze sprzedaży, tj. pomniejszone o należny podatek od towarów i usług (VAT), ujmowane w okresach, których dotyczą.
Ponoszone koszty ewidencjonowane są w rachunku wyników w celu odniesienia do przychodów okresu, którego dotyczą. Spółka prowadzi koszty w układzie rodzajowym.
Wynik finansowy Spółki za dany rok obrotowy obejmuje wszystkie osiągnięte i przypadające na jej rzecz przychody oraz związane z tymi przychodami koszty zgodnie z zasadami: memoriału, współmierności przychodów i kosztów oraz ostrożnej wyceny.
Spółka sporządza rachunek zysków i strat w układzie porównawczym.
Na wynik finansowy brutto Spółki wpływają:

Wynik finansowy brutto korygują bieżące zobowiązania z tytułu podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych (którego Spółka jest podatnikiem).
Bieżące zobowiązania z tytułu podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych naliczane są zgodnie z przepisami podatkowymi.
Translation - English Purchase of goods during the year is recorded by purchase price and the value of outgoings shall be measured by average prices, i.e. prices set as an average amount on the scale of purchase price of the particular goods.
Income from sales comprises certain received or receivable net amounts from sales, i.e. decreased by the value added tax (VAT) due and recognized in periods which they relate to.
Incurred costs shall be recorded in the statement of results in order to be compared with the income of the period referred to thereby. The company maintains cost accounting by nature.
The financial result of the Company for a particular financial year comprises all income generated by and attributable to the Company, as well as the expenses corresponding thereto, established in accordance with the accrual principle and principles of matching cost principle and prudent valuation.
The Company prepares its profit and loss statement on a comparative basis.
The gross financial result of the Company is affected by:
- income from and costs of the core business,

1. Zamawiający ma obowiązek sprawdzenia towaru niezwłocznie, nie później niż w terminie 3 /trzech/ dni po jego otrzymaniu, zwłaszcza pod kątem jego stanu technicznego oraz zgodności z zamówieniem. Termin powyższy nie dotyczy widocznych uszkodzeń, wad i braków powstałych podczas transportu, które Zamawiający ma obowiązek zgłosić niezwłocznie, odnotowując je na liście przewozowym. Sprzedający ma prawo odrzucić zgłoszenia reklamacyjne przesłane z uchybieniem wyżej wskazanych terminów.
2. Jeżeli w powyższym terminie Zamawiający wykryje wady, braki lub stwierdzi, że dostarczony towar nie jest zgodny z ofertą Sprzedającego (tj. §4 ust. 2), to Zamawiający prześle Sprzedającemu ZGŁOSZENIE REKLAMACYJNE w formie faksowej lub drogą elektroniczną. Ze względu na charakter urządzeń Sprzedający zobowiązuje się do rozpatrzenia zgłoszenia reklamacyjnego w terminie 7 /siedmiu/ dni. Sprzedający rezerwuje sobie prawo inspekcji zgłoszonych urządzeń.

Receipt of the delivery, deficiencies, transport damages, complaints
1. Ordering Party obliges to examine the supplied commodity without undue delay, no later than within 3 /three/ days after receipt thereof, in particular regard to its technical condition and compliance of delivery with the order. The deadline herein does not concern apparent damages, defects and deficiencies that occured during the delivery, which the Ordering Party shall report immediately by noting them on the consignment note. Seller has right to reject complaint sent because of the failure to meet the deadlines referred to hereabove.
2. Should Ordering Party detect damages, defects or find delivered commodity to be inconsistent with the Seller’s offer (i.e. §4 section 2), then Ordering Party shall send Seller a COMPLAINT by an e-mail or fax message. Due to the nature of facilities, Seller obliges to investigate the complaint within 7 /seven/ days. Seller reserves right to inspect the facilities referred to in the complaint.

Source text - Polish Zgodnie z przepisem art. 581 § 1 i 2 Kodeksu cywilnego jeżeli w wykonaniu swoich obowiązków gwarant dostarczył uprawnionemu z gwarancji zamiast rzeczy wadliwej rzecz wolną od wad albo dokonał istotnych napraw rzeczy objętej gwarancją, termin gwarancji biegnie na nowo od chwili dostarczenia rzeczy wolnej od wad lub zwrócenia rzeczy naprawionej. Jeżeli gwarant wymienił część rzeczy, przepis powyższy stosuje się odpowiednio do części wymienionej.
W innych wypadkach termin gwarancji ulega przedłużeniu o czas, w ciągu którego wskutek wady rzeczy objętej gwarancją uprawniony z gwarancji nie mógł z niej korzystać.
Przepis ten jest przepisem bezwzględnie obowiązującym, co oznacza, że niedopuszczalne jest odmienne uregulowanie ochrony gwarancyjnej. Gwarancja biegnie na nowo w przypadku dostarczenia rzeczy wolnej od wad lub dostarczenia rzeczy, w której dokonano istotnej naprawy (co należy rozumieć przez istotną naprawę znów należy oceniać z perspektywy każdego indywidualnego przypadku, nierzadko o tym czy mamy do czynienia z naprawą istotną, czy też nie będzie w przypadku procesu decydował sąd). W innych natomiast przypadkach, czyli innych niż dostarczenie rzeczy wolnej od wad lub, w której nie dokonano istotnych napraw gwarancja ulega przedłużeniu. W praktyce trudności może sprawić, czy mamy do czynienia z naprawą istotną uprawniającą do biegu terminu gwarancji na nowo, czy też z naprawą, która nie jest istotna i umożliwia jedynie przedłużenie gwarancji o czas, podczas którego kupujący nie mógł korzystać z rzeczy. W piśmiennictwie wskazuje się, że jeżeli jednak gwarant jednocześnie oferuje uprawnionemu z gwarancji egzemplarz zastępczy rzeczy bez dodatkowych opłat, uznać należy, że realizacja świadczenia gwarancyjnego nie pozbawia uprawnionego możliwości korzystania z rzeczy. Wobec tego okres ochrony gwarancyjnej nie ulegnie przedłużeniu.
Translation - English According to the provisions of the Art. 581 § 1 and 2 of the Civil Code, if in performance of his obligations the warrantor has replaced faulty item with a fault-free item or performed significant repairs to the item covered by the warranty, the warranty period starts again upon the delivery of the fault-free item or upon the return of the repaired item. Should the warrantor replace only a component of the item, the provision hereby shall apply accordingly to the replaced part only.
In other cases, warranty period shall be extended by the time when the party under warranty could not use item covered by the guarantee due to a defect therein.
This provision is mandatory, meaning that otherwise provided warranty protection is not permitted. Warranty period shall start again in case of delivering a fault-free item or an item, to which significant repairs were performed (and once again - what can be interpreted as significant repair, shall be considered from the angle of each individual case; in case of a trial, the court shall often decide whether the repair dealt with is significant or insignificant). However, in the other cases, different than providing a fault-free or significantly repaired item, the warranty period shall be extended. From the practical standpoint, it may be potentially difficult to decide, whether we deal with a significant repair, which enables the warranty period to start again, or an insignificant one, which was not substantial and enables only extending the warranty period by the time when the buyer could not use the item.
However, legal literature emphasizes that if the warrantor, at the same time, offers the party entitled to the warranty a replacement copy of an item without additional charges, it shall be deemed that warranty claim does not disable that party from using the item. As a result, the warranty period shall not be extended.
