I am a freelance translator from ES, EN target languages into Bulgarian (native speaker).

Currently, I specialize in Copywriting and only accept Copywriting jobs. I help small English and Spanish speaking entrepreneur businesses to reach their international audience. My translation and localization of your website from Spanish to English will speak the English of your client from England and the United States. Visits to your website from international clients will no longer be just pure statistics of Google Analytics, but they will become customers who buy your services through words.

I am a copywriter with Spanish and English. My goal is to convince, generate interesting content for them, and increase your conversion in both Spanish and English.

I have a Master's degree in English Philology from Shoumen University Bishop Constantine Preslavski, Bulgaria, with year of graduation 2002.

I took my Master´s degree as a distance learning, so I had time to work at the same time. In 1996 I started working as a sworn In-house translator at Interlingua Translation Agency, Ruse Bulgaria with the language combination EN>BG. Soon, I had to follow my husband to Spain, so I moved to work and live in Madrid, Spain (1998-currently). Consequently I learned Spanish very well, and in 2007, I sat for a C1 level DELE exam. Since then I have been certified with Spanish language, too.

I have also worked for other agencies and private clients mainly from Bulgaria and Spain, and I managed to gain experience working also with Spanish as a second source language. I have developed advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point, and I am familiar with CAT Tools like Trados, Wordfast, MemoQ.


The translations have always been my extra activity while I have been working for companies as a Secretary, Marketing Assistant, and Sales Manager, etc. where the translation were part of my everyday tasks in the office. My last full-time job in Spain (6 years by 2015) was for a technical magazine dedicated to Advertising in the field of Renewable Energy and Power Generation where I have gained experience in the translations with the pairs EN>ES and ES>EN.

Up-to-date, I dispose of excellent communication and intercultural skills acquired from so many years of experience working in multinational environment, where the intercultural aspects are very important (I have worked with Spanish, Indian, New Zealand, Bulgarian colleagues).

Interpersonal skills: Self-motivated and pro-active. From my job as Advertising Sales Manager where I had sales targets.

I am currently willing to convert the translation and proofreading in my main activity as a freelance Translator and Translation Project Manager. I am currently in the process of certifying myself in SDL Trados 2017 both for Freelance Translators and for Project Managers.

As a translator I am reliable and easy to work with as I always put myself on the other side and see the things from your perspective. I respect the deadlines and pay attention to quality and detail.
