Catalan to English Medical Medical (general) discharge summary

I have a patient discharge summary. It is in spanish apart from this sentence.
This part comes in the "findings". It is a patient with arterial hypertension and a history of ischaemic heart disease. The sentence before has been translated as -"Ventricular system of normal size and morphology." and the bit that comes after has been translated as "No assessable changes to the parenchyma observed".
Please let me know if I need to provide more context.
