This is English version of a Rumanian menu, but why not?
Evidently the king bolete is a widely used term.

Lately, italian dried porcini (their name for hříbky) have become a common occurence in US markets. (I am not sure about Britain) You may consider calling it "Porcini sauce" - that sounds pretty good.
