Many alternatives are available for the term "praktijkopleiding", and I am not sure which to use in this context. It is a certificate Algemeen Beveiligingsmedewerker.

"De examencommissie van de Stichting (…), belast met het afnemen van het examen (...) verklaart dat (...) geboren (...) te (...) op (...) te (...) voldaan heeft aan het theoretisch gedeelte van de eindtermen voor Algemeen Beveiligingsmedewerker voor de Particuliere Beveiligingsorganisaties.

Dit certificaat dient als toelating tot een erkende praktijkopleiding."
