'It's Jewish rhyming slang. Kenwood mixer - shiksa.'
It is from a novel by Maggie O'Farrell. The situation is: old Firedmann is Jewish, very religious, and he is angry with his son about loving a non-Jewish girl.
We have shiksa in my language but I could not find Kenwood anywhere. It is surely not a name.

Kenwood is a brand name , the name of the company making the mixers. something like Phillips or Sony.
