I am having problems with finding a translation for this term, which appears in the following sentence:

Can anyone help?

I am missing some accents in this sentence... "in ordine alla pacificità della non novità". Otherwise I really can't make my mind. It would really surprise me if otherwise.
Literally it means: "characterized by peace; free from war, strife, commotion, violence, or disorder". I am not 100% sure in English you would use it in this context. I hope it can help anyway.
In Italian "pacificità" is rarely used, and it basically means to be "pacific".

I completely agree with you that there is nothing in the text relating to peace or lack of violence and already thought your own suggestions fitted the context perfectly so I will be awarding you the points - thanks for your help.
