I just called the operators at the Instituto Nacional de Transporte Terrestre through its switchboard phone 08000 INTT 00 (08000468800) herein Caracas and one of its operators explained to me información médica L or NN, alérgico a L or NN simply means there is no medical report indicating allergies available on this applicant´s driving license / renewal application and that as a result an absence of medically diagnosed allergies is being reported.
