nor shall it purport to be either of these companies
"Pass itself off as" is the sense of "hacerse pasar por", but it's not a normal legal expression.
A common formula for this is "act as or purport to be". However, the "act as" part will probably be needed for "ni actuará de cara a terceros en tal calidad" just afterwards, so I would simply put "purport to be":
"Distributor is not, shall not act as, and shall not purport to be, an agent, partner, joint venturer, fiduciary or employee of Supplier or any other actor for which Supplier is legally responsible."

"Buyer is not, shall not act as, and shall not purport to be, an agent, partner, joint venturer, fiduciary or employee of JELUZ or any other actor for which JELUZ is legally responsible."

Or you could use both formulas, as in this example, and simply repeat "act as" for "actuará".

nor may it act as one of them/nor may it pass itself off as one of them
hacer pasar por = pass oneself off as
For example, "El asesino se hizo pasar por una policía y se huyó de la escena del crimen" would be "The murderer passed himself off as a policeman and escaped from the scene of the crime"
