I had translated this term as "by officially fixing the prices" before in a very similar sentence where it was not contained in quotation marks. Now that it is in quotation marks, I'd like to get some opinions on how to treat it.

Bu terimi daha önce geçen benzer bir cümlede bu şekilde tırnak içerisinde verilmediği için "by officially fixing the prices" şeklinde çevirmiştim. Ancak bu sefer tırnak içerisinde verilmiş. ne tavsiye edersiniz?

: Evet ama fixed i belirtmek lazım. Narh'dan maksat başkaları müdahele etmesin, halk sıkıntı çekmesin. "Set an officially fixed price" daha uygun olur gibi
