Supposing that the word is نحاح:
نحاح = لحوح أو ملحاح
The very insistent person who never give up.

And supposing that the other word is محنة
محنة = hard time. I suppose that it is the time of war here.
The meaning will be:
The very persevering person in the time of war who never give up.

We are using the wordنحاح in the Egyptian dialect BUT it gives a negative impression, person who keeps asking and asking and asking and never give up.
