Es un texto sobre cigarrillos: "no se desarman, son más compactos, no se doblan". Podría ser: "They are more tightly-pressed, do not get crumpled?", pero necesitaría un equivalente (corto y conciso) para "no se desarman". Supongo que se refiere a que no se suelta el tabaco, no se cae del cilindro. Muchas gracias.

borrowing slightly from some of the answers provided above, I would suggest something like 'tighter packaging prevents breakage and crumpling"
not sure if this is the most elegant construction but I think the verbs 'break' and 'crumple' are the ones which most immediately spring to mind when referring to cigarettes.
