English term (edited): diff�rence entre dolly shot et tracking shot

Ce sont des "travellings" mais, outre le support matériel qui est différent, la nuance entre le dolly shot et le tracking shot est qu'en général le dolly shot est utilisé pour le travelling avant ou arrière - se rapprocher ou s'éloigner de l'action , alors que le tracking shot suit láction latéralement pour un travelling à (sur la) gauche ou (sur la) à droite

Dolly – ‘Dolly,’ the noun, is a device on wheels that is moved along a set of tracks to give the camera mobility and smoothness. There are several different types and sizes, but all are designed to do the same thing—provide a moving platform for the camera.
‘Dolly,’ the verb, means to physically move the camera towards or away from the action (see ‘tracking shot’). Cameras ‘track’ left or right, and ‘dolly’ in (toward the action) or out (away from the action).

Dolly shot : The camera is mounted on a dolly and moves forward (dolly-in) or away from (dolly-out) the subject.

Tracking Shot – Here, the camera does actually move either left or right, usually along line parallel to the action it’s filming, but tracking can also be done in other ways, such as following or leading the action. An ‘arcing’ shot is one where the camera tracks around the action in a circular path.
