it is on a "certificado judicial consular" de Colombia
it simply there without any context, does anybody know what it stands for?

Non-ProZ.com Jul 30, 2005: they seem to be in the middle of nowhere, on the left side, they are the last thing written on the paper by coputer, only a stamp follows. The last thing written before is: firma y sello del funcionario del D.A.S. autorizado", but there is a lot of room betwenn this and "mru" (like two lines above), does this help? thanks
