What I understand this sentence to be saying is that you have a group of business transactions which are bundled together in such a way that it is hard to see what interest risk is entailed by each transaction individually, and this software enables you to do just this. I don't know the context here, and 'transaction' may not fit the meaning of 'geschaeft'. I also recommend caution in dealing with 'interessant', which 9 times out of 10 is a false friend, and does not mean the same as 'interesting' in English.
