An interim report on progress of work on a project/programme submitted by the project/programme management / contractor to the partner organisation and the donor within a specific time frame. It includes sections on technical and financial performance. It is usually submitted quarterly or can be submitted earlier – eg monthly. The reporting timing is usually specified in the project/programme.
