I am not sure if I understand the word rescisão in this context
Se a rescisão decorrer de fraude ou infração das normas sanitárias e fiscais em vigor, no periodo de internação do beneficiário, fica garantida a sua imediata remoção para outro estabelecimento equivalente.
I thought that rescisão is rescission, that is the termination, so how is this related to fraude?
