Discussion

Francis Lee (X) Apr 5, 2007:
Don't you think ads in the English-speaking world are differently structured, Rachel? IMO this is a typical German approach to copy. I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find an English ad that suddenly says: "Pleasantly stimulating:" (i.e. with the colon) ..

one could move the "pleasantly invigorating" to the end of the statement "..the aroma is pleasantly invigorating" / or a different phrasing altogether.. "feels great and invigorates."/ or make it a headline - a pleasant aroma that invigorates..

or:

Invigorate yourself with this pleasant aroma:(!)
Try this pleasant and invigorating aroma
experience an invigorating and pleasant feeling
Peer comment(s):

agree Lancashireman : A safer option.
