"Vérification du DSI renseigné" is both the last section heading and one of the 2 items in the section (the other is PV de réception de travaux = acceptance report) in a list of work to be done in repairing a joint in a power station. DSI has been asked before in Kudoz and perhaps meant "direction services informatiques" but I don't think that fits this case. Thanks if you can help.

: Certainly better to ask the customer. "renseigné" makes me think the D might be "document", or "dossier"
