Investigations Section or Division
In the U.S., primary law enforcement is a local function, belonging to the city, and operating out of a "department." The investigation function is performed by a "section," as in the folowing page:
http://www.ci.bothell.wa.us/dept/pd/Investigations/Investiga...
... or a "division," as in the following page:
http://www.cityoforlando.net/police/investigations/cid.htm
There may be other nomenclature used elsewhere.
Notice that in this context, the plural form "investigations" is most commonly used -- no rational explanation for that.

Stephen Franke
: In a context of police and public safety, this term fits closest in the English. Also "investigative/investigator team," as Alexander Yeltsov suggests.

Just a version.

investigations detachment or investigations squad
The word مفرزة is always translated "detachment" in a military context or "squad" in a police context. I think the Syrian police are more militarised than the police of most commonwealth countries
