Discussion

Edward Plaisance Jr Sep 9, 2007:
The phrase as is has no meaning since so many words starting with "i" can be put in the phrase and give a correct meaning in English. E.g. inconsiderate, insensitive, inclined, inhospitable, ineligible, immature, imposing, irresponsible
ALISEDIGHI (X) (asker) Sep 9, 2007:
Please
LegalTrans D Sep 9, 2007:
Farsi to English or English to Farsi, Alisedighi? Also, it would help if you let us have the complete sentence. And a "please" after ASAP wouldn't do any harm either.

Probably "i." is used to indirectly refer to "incompetent, incapable, inexpert, inadequate, inept, ineffective" or else.

neutral Edward Plaisance Jr : This is a very strange entry: The only way we can know what "i." means here is to go to the Babylon Farsi glossary where the phrase already is translated. A back-translation gives us the meaning of "i." here. "i." could just as easily be "inclined".
