While "regulation" is not wrong, "control" is the preferred term in the industry. And most companies call it ORP for short.
In addition to many years of experience in this field, I can offer some Google statistics to support this:
ORP regulation vs. control: 2.100 hits for regulation, 20.900 for control.

Kenneth is right, I should have added an explanation. So, here it is:
Typically, cleaning is done by adding an agent which reacts with the chlorine (in your case). The reaction product is either harmless or can be removed easily, e.g. by a filter. The problem is to determine the quantity of the agent to be added. This is where the ORP control comes into place. I\'m not sure about chlorine and the other stuff you mentioned, but often, the ORP can be used as a \"purity indicator\", or as an indicator for the reaction. Hence, by controlling the ORP, the cleaning process can be controlled more accurately. Which leads me to suggest another option: \"improved purification by ORP control\" or \"improved chlorine removal by ORP control\".
