Specifications concerning a tailgate opening system. I'm not sure how to translate "abfallend" in this case.

: perhaps this means (reading between the words) that the signal is repeated at least three times when the button is pressed and at least three times when it is released (on the supposition that it might be missed otherwise under these conditions)
