no consigo dar con una traducción que me satisfaga, y estoy usando temporalmente "introduce" o "trae a colación". Un ejemplo:

Creo que una forma simple y breve de decirlo sería "hacer pesar sobre" o "hacer que influya...".
Quedaría:
"...mecanismos psicológicos que hacen pesar los valores y el conocimiento en cada decisión individual" / "...que hacen que los valores y el conocimiento influyan..."
