I have seen the above used very commonly in the banking sector to differentiate from private customers or individuals. It would also give you the opportunity to use clients professionnels (détail) if you had retailers later on in the translation.
Maybe it also has a better "sound" to it, more formal than "clients grossistes" in this context.

Pour les banques, on a la cliéntele "en/de détail" (retail) et "en bloc" (wholesale). Moi je n'utilise pas "en gros" pour le langage "banquier".
