the quality of the service in relation to the price you pay

Sorry for submitting the first answer in German - I didn't read the question properly (and have removed it now)!

If it's the title in a survey it probably means the relationship between the quality of the service and the cost - ie. the extent to which you get what you pay for.

Thanks. That's very kind of you to put it in English.
Thanks you Catherine. Your explanation helps me to choose the approperiate Chinese equivalence of this term: 性价比
Oops, my apologies. "Thank you", instead of "thanks you"

agree warren : although if you were to get "a good bargin" you may well say now that's "value for money" but this answer explains what that means.

agree VictoriaAris (X) : "poor value for money" is where you don't get much for the price you pay; "good value for money" means you get more.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "As it's in a survey, I believe **the quality of the service in relation to the price you pay** appears more "neutral", and this might fit the context. Thanks everyone for your help!"

A good bargain

You get everything you expect for the price, and more.

It's already a caption in a survey/poll, I took it that an explanation was wanted, not an alternative.
