Spanish term

de tales puertas

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright industrial property rights
a) Cesen inmediatamente en la exposición, venta, comercialización, uso, o utilzación ***de tales puertas*** objeto del modelo registrado anterior.

b) Cesen asimismo... en la promoción u oferta de dicho objeto...

The object in question here is not a door - it's a medical device - so I am not sure what they are referring to (maybe the sales outlets???). Is this perhaps a legal term I can't find any reference to? This text is from a fax sent to the company who have copied the device and is selling it in Spain, warning them that legal action will be taken if they don't stop.

of such [marketing] tools/instruments

I believe that your interpretation is on the right track, since the patented object is not "doors", it HAS to be "puertas de salida" or "de comercialización". The mentioned uses are somehow a way, manner or instrument conducive to sales, and therefore I would describe them as "marketing tools", or simply, "tools" or "instruments".

Please see entry nr. 6 of DRAE for "puertas":
