"Authorized employees should be adhered to the statements established within the Corporate Policies"
Yo afirmo que debe emplearse como verbo y colocarse después del sustantivo (statements) pero hay quienes dicen que debe colocarse antes del sustantivo como si fuera un adjetivo.

Si lo quieres colocar delante de "statements" tendrás problemas a la hora de colocar "...within the Corporate Policies" because "the statements are established within the Corporate Policies. Si es questión de gramática, sí puedes poner established delante de statements: "Authorized employees should adhere to the established statements".
