Hola a todos,
En un texto de bioseguridad, hablan mucho de áreas de crecimiento y de acabado, que son las últimas después de las demás áreas en una granja donde crían cerdos.
No entiendo si en esta área les matan a los cerdos o si solo los entregan a otra empresa que se los lleve.
En el documento solo indican las medidas de limpieza no describen ningún proceso.
