Hello. I am translating an agreement and it says that it will reimburse flight costs in business class for all "overseas" flights. My question is, are these international or transatlantic flights? The company is American, and before stating this it says that coach accomodations are considered normal within the USA.

I do think most people in the US would say that Argentina is overseas, even though it does not require crossing any oceans...

That said, I think it probably would be better to say "vuelos internacionales", since AA's site generally talks about international travel/flights.

vuelos transatlánticos
I don't think it means simply "international flights", especially since we're talking about the US. After all, it has international flights, for example, to different countries in South America which are international but not overseas.

Es el término más general, puesto que los vuelos al exterior no necesariamente son sobre el mar, y puede haber vuelos sobre el océano que no sean transatlánticos, sino transpacíficos, por ejemplo.
