If this stamp is used for certifying foreign document only, then the most familiar term in Vietnamese would be "con dấu hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự" or "con dấu chứng nhận lãnh sự' (meaning the stamp used for authentication of foreign documents before those documents can be used in Vietnam)
It is important for me to know, whether such term or such kind of stamp is used in Vietnam or not. So far I think to translate it as it is in English ("Apostille or Apostil"), as this term is not or rarely used in VN.
