Para empezar, las evidentes diferencias entre la Fiscalía y la Corte de Justicia se tramitan en el estilo de moda, es decir en el plano mediático. Se privilegia el protagonismo antes que el acuerdo y las instancias no se creen o no se respetan. Es difícil entender cómo se puede llegar a un acuerdo, en el caso de que se lo buscara, cuando se tramitan públicamente las diferencias y se marcan puntos de honor que forzosamente se vuelven irreductibles.

true but it all depends on how you translate those and then adapt - they publicise their differences/score points off each other and all this, once done, cannot be undone
