: "offensive" seems too strong a word, I am assuming they would not even be bothering with "offensive" material...granted, there will always be someone who is offended, but "transgressive" has more of a sense of "bold", "provocative", etc.

Note I didn't say "offensive", but "offending". In this context doesn't mean "offensive", but rather "breaking the rules", "transgressing the rules".
