Respuesta a Susana (que no cupo en el espacio): totalmente de acuerdo que \"offensive\" no es la palabra adecuada, y por eso no pensé utilizarla. \"Offending\", a pesar de salir de la misma raíz, no tiene conotaciones de \"ofensiva\", sino de \"transgresiva\": \"offending\" significa \"que viola, transgresa\".

neutral Susana Galilea : "offensive" seems too strong a word, I am assuming they would not even be bothering with "offensive" material...granted, there will always be someone who is offended, but "transgressive" has more of a sense of "bold", "provocative", etc.

Note I didn't say "offensive", but "offending". In this context doesn't mean "offensive", but rather "breaking the rules", "transgressing the rules".
