Spanish term

ejemplar avant la lettre

Spanish to English Art/Literary Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting
same context as the 'tiraje' question, this is shortened to ejemplar/es when it follows the 'tiraje a parte', always followed by a print/series number 12/34 but also XX/LV etc.
Am I wrong to think it is translatable as 'print/series number' ? thks

See this document, it would be helpful for this one, as well as for the "tiraje a parte". If you do a "find in this page" feature, you can see how those terms are used.

When you open the above link, under "Edit" there is "Find on this page", click on it, then a blank space appears to the left of the screen and you type in your search term.
Note from asker:
how do you do a 'find in this page'?
there doesn't appear to be an Edit button or link on this page that I can see
