"Ejecutoriado" veo que traducen a veces como enforceable, aunque no corresponda a este contexto.
Según el Alcaraz Varó - llamamiento a juicio es summons / citation
Juicio ejecutoriado es final
auto es order pero pienso que en summons ya se incluye.
