The context, as stated from the outset, is that this is a caption to be inserted somewhere (I have no idea where) on the website of a travel firm specializing in short breaks. If anyone finds that this not give them enough information to come up with ideas, then please feel free to move on to other questions!

So the caption is the actual job? So much information about what people are supposed to come up with no idea what the text is? Wouldn't it be better to wait and see what the caption is supposed to be for? Or is this a lone copywriting job?

Hello, Thanks for your ideas so far. I do not yet have any more text for the website into which the caption will fit, so the above request by Writeaway is currently redundant. Only a few answers have yet seized what is really at stake with this caption. It is clearly playing on the multiple meanings of the verb "revivre"; I think the use of the hyphen is crucial here. The rendering must therefore capture the double idea of the short break as a means of charging one's batteries as well as being a source of happy memories when one gets back home. It would therefore seem to me that "Unforgettable getaways" is along the right lines. The only trouble is, this could also sound like the proud boast of a crook who is recounting how he managed to escape from the police! I should be glad to have any more ideas on this!

what ideas do you have yourself so far? this is more copywriting than translation and without seeing the whole text, it's hard to just post ideas. After all, it has to fit in with the rest -style, register etc. What are the (translation) ideas you have been considering or have already rejected?
