Entiendo que los derechos de promocion se refieren a un complemento salarial por algun tipo de promocion/ascenso de puesto de trabajo.
Con respecto a la consolidacion en España los complementos salariales (los extras que se le pagan a un empleado por encima del sueldo basico que marca el convenio) suelen convertirse en consolidados, lo que significa que pasado un cierto tiempo se considera que ya son un derecho adquirido y no se le pueden quitar al empleado. No he oido decir (por eso he puesto lo de confianza medium) en proceso de consolidación, se suele hablar de complementos/derechos consolidados o no consolidados, pero se podría entender que hasta que no estén consolidados están en proceso de consolidarse.
Que yo sepa en el mundo anglosajon no existe esta distincion entre las partes del salario y por eso he puesto una descripcion en lugar de un termino en si.
