Title on a software menu. My translator translated this by "Landes-Einstellungen" assuming "Culture" refers to country specifics. It is the first time I meet this option in a software menu and not sure what this exactly refers to. I'm tempted to believe it refers to "Cultural Settings" (as my translator did), but not sure. Did anyone came across this before? Any specialist opinions would be most welcome.

As a translation / Umfeld = environment (not physical, cultural - the other expression is 'Umwelt' in 'protecton of the environment').

Discussion
Taking in account, that there is no context, the idea behind that might be more than just language settings, country/culture settings including the different legal and technological environments , as:
- English: UK / US (RHD/LHD cars etc., metric system, law)
- French: France, Belgium, Suisse Romande, Québec (really different settings)
- German: Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland
- Russia (former USSR and the follow up nations) ...... etc.
