Japanese term

CK上昇上昇

Japanese to English Medical Medical (general) Adverse event reporting
In a list of reported adverse events (non-MedDRA terms). The double 'increased' occurs more than once so I am assuming it is not a typo.

CK = creatine kinase

Increase in elevated CK

If this is not a typo, it presumably means a rise in an already elevated CK level.

The phrase 'increase in elevated...' is not uncommon in this field

Increase of creatine kinase value (CK)

CK上昇で良いんじゃないでしょうか。
上昇上昇はないと思いますが。。。

強調されている可能性(かなり上昇した)はないとは思います。
もし顕著な上昇がみられたというなら、a large(remarkable) increase of CK value だろうけれど、ただのタイポではないかと思います。

increase in elevated・・・は、「上昇した・・・がさらに上がった」でしょう。。

「上昇上昇」 is incorrect in Japanese grammar. There's no such thing as 「double上昇」.

Increase ((in)) creatine kinase (CK) value(or level) may be more commonly used.

上昇上昇という日本語はありません。Smithさんの表現をするんだったら、日本語では、「上昇したCKはさらに上昇した」となるはずです(今後参考にする方のために)。

Medicine-related document (paper) is VERY sensitive, so it may be wise to ask the client once whether it be typo or not.
