強調されている可能性(かなり上昇した)はないとは思います。
もし顕著な上昇がみられたというなら、a large(remarkable) increase of CK value だろうけれど、ただのタイポではないかと思います。

上昇上昇という日本語はありません。Smithさんの表現をするんだったら、日本語では、「上昇したCKはさらに上昇した」となるはずです(今後参考にする方のために)。
