It would appear that the postponement is mandated by art 200 as per: http://www.pjn.gov.ar/Publicaciones/00011/00006626.Pdf “la exigencia de contracautela o condición de ejecutoriedad en las medidas cautelares está necesariamente dirigida a preservar la igualdad entre las partes, jugando como sustituto de la bilateralidad -en tanto ésta sufre un perentorio aplazamiento- y ante los eventuales daños que pudiera ocasionar una medida pedida sin derecho. No se trata de un requisito menor y su exención está prevista para unos pocos casos que menciona el artículo 200 del C.P.C.C.N.”
