Esto aparece al final de un acta de matrimonio venezolana:
"Conforme al pricipio de gratuidad de la justicia consagrado en el Artículo 26 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, en razón de su Artículo 254, el cual prohíbe al Poder Judicial el establecimiento de tasas, aranceles o pago alguno por sus servicios y en virtud de la disposición derogatoria única ejusdem, la cual expresa que todo el ordenamiento jurídico anterior a la constitución mantendrá su vigencia **en todo lo que no la contradiga**, este Juzgado considera tácitamente derogadas las disposiciones de las leyes vigentes que imponen el pago de derechos arancelarios, timbres fiscales y papel sellado por actuaciones judiciales. Cúmplase todo lo ordenado."
