Уважаемые коллеги, подскажите пожалуйста, в чем разница между этими двумя терминами, и как они переводятся? В моем случае они встречаются в одном предложении, так что это не "или-или".

Comment: "Thanks to everyone for help. Went to the lawyer after all and got an answer that in Russian these are synonyms, and in English it's "indictment" or "charges", doesn't matter much which one of them :-) "
