"обвинительное заключение" vs "обвинительный акт"

Уважаемые коллеги, подскажите пожалуйста, в чем разница между этими двумя терминами, и как они переводятся? В моем случае они встречаются в одном предложении, так что это не "или-или".

Черновой вариант: "criminal information" и "indictment", но я не уверена, что это правильно.
Заранее благодарна!

Depends on the context. What is the specific sentence? Обвинительное заключение could be "details" or "detailed charges"
