VISTOS RESULTAS

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
In an sentence from NICARAGUA, sentence document, the first section reads VISTOS RESULTAS, the second one CONSIDERANDO (so I am trying to find something different than WHEREAS for VISTOS RESULTAS. This word combination seems to be used only in all Nicaraguan legal documents (sentences, contracts...etc)

I think it's a good option to say "Whereas" and "Considering"
