The straightforward approach: in Spain, at least "a la de una, a la de dos, y a la de tres" is the equivalent of "going, going, gone" in auctions.
How to do "global" really does depend on context. Maybe "globalización" isn't the right emphasis, but on what we have it's really impossible to tell.

This answer would be more suitable if the article or whatever it is has something to do with auctions. If not, there doesn't seem to be much point in the "Going, Going, Gone" part.
