The information you added about the process and times is pretty helpful, in my opinion. It looks like after applying the moly coat, there are 3 desorption stages, probably utilizing slightly different principles.

First "Drying Desorption" then "Flow Desorption" and lastly "Open/Close Desorption." So, adding heat to remove excess moly, then flowing the part to whip off any drops or semi-liquid moly, and finally letting it open to the air so it sets. That's just my image of the process though.

If the stages were just moving the part down a line and taking it out, so that the last stage was removal, it wouldn't make sense to also be called a "desorption" 脱着. So I think it's more likely that all three of the last stages are attempts to make sure there is no leftover moly on the part.
