Spanish term

la prestación de parte de los servicios objeto de la prestación del servicio

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Contract between two companies to manage the employee's personal data.

CUARTA.-SUBCONTRATACION DE TERCEROS.- En el caso de que [AAA] tuviera que subcontratar a un tercero la prestación de parte de los servicios objeto de la prestación del servicio y tales servicios comportaren el tratamiento de datos de carácter personal propiedad de BBBBB por dicho tercero, ésta última autoriza expresamente a [AAAAA] para la subcontratación indicada.

I'm not entirely sure what they are trying to say with that phrase.

Spanish term (edited): la prestación de parte de los servicios objeto de la prestación del servicio
Selected

any part of the services contracted

There's a lot of pure waffle in the Spanish. This is what it essentially means in simple English.
Example sentence:

En el caso de que AAA tuviera que subcontratar a un tercero la prestación de parte de los servicios objeto de la prestación del servicio…

If AAA outsourced any part of the services contracted to a third party…

Thank you.
agree philgoddard : You could make it even more concise than this - "If xxx subcontracts any of the services". You don't need to say "to a third party", because that's what subcontracting is by definition.

A very valid point and excellent suggestion, Phil.
